When you submit a recruitment application we collect the character name, Discord username, timezone, desired role, and the free-text answers you provide. We do not ask for legal names, addresses, or payment information.
This information is used solely to review your application, contact you on Discord, and onboard you into the community. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Submissions are sent to our recruitment systems and may be shared with our community staff on Discord for review. We use a server-side proxy so credentials never reach your browser.
Application data is kept only as long as needed to process recruitment and is removed on request. To request deletion, contact our staff via Discord or the contact page.
Providing an application is voluntary. You may withdraw or request deletion at any time. Because this is a roleplay project, we keep data collection to the minimum.
